There are two ways to go through college: show up, go to class, keep your head down, and do all you can to fit in – even if it means compromising who you are and what you believe. Or you can choose to stand out, to serve others, to pursue a very real, very active God.
The choice is yours.
Fuel is a twice-semesterly gathering of college students with one purpose in mind: get fueled to go through college differently – to leave a lasting impact on their college campus and around the world for Christ.
Join students from Monmouth College, Knox College, Carl Sandburg College, and other colleges in the area to encounter God, have fun, and get equipped to go back to your campus and make a difference.
What Can I Expect?
Good question! We’ll have snack food (good food!), fun (think ping pong, bags, board games, group games, and more), get fueled in our faith through practical teaching and training, and spend some time in worship and prayer.
Fuel gatherings are put on by Ignite Student Ministries and Northwoods Community Church to help college students find greater meaning and purpose during their time at college.
